I can not believe it has been three years since I had Hailey. Time goes faster and faster as I get older. Tonight is has also been 3 years since the last time I talked to my Dad. I remember my Brother calling me at the hospital and putting my Dad on the phone with me, and my Dad saying Hello and telling me that he is not doing to good. 2 days later on Nov 1st, he died. I miss my Dad. I'm still so grateful for Heavenly Father who knows me so well. I believe he timed Hailey's birth and my Dad's death so close together so that I would not be overwhelmed with sorrow, instead I would be celebrating the birth of my child. And it worked. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HAILEY! Last night when she went to bed I stayed up and decorated the house so that when she woke up in the morning it would be the first thing she saw. And might I add, she was very excited. Then we just hung out for the day, and then after Matt and the girls got home is when it got busy. We had to go and pick up her cake, then we went to the Bear mill and she got to build a bear, compliments of my sister-in-law (she owns the Bear Mill) that was a lot of fun. She picked a blue bear and dressed it up in a Bee Halloween costume. Very cute. Then we had to come home and get dressed up to go to the Primary Halloween Carnival. That was a lot of fun too. Somewhere in between all of that we actually ate dinner and opened presents.
